our stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. the attentive staff and excellent restaurant made us feel like part of the town. the old hotel rooms had a wonderful period feel, and the steak and breakfast were absolutely delicious. a truly enjoyable experience that exceeded our expectations.

Wifi was unreliable.

The quality of the meals was outstanding. Good range of wines. Lovely gardens and rooms. Staff most frienly and helpful.

Although we do not normally watch TV in the room, there was cricket and rugby on that night which we would have liked to have seen.

Beautifull facilities - the gardens are so tranquil and gives privacy. all over a very nice experience

The hotel is in a wonderful garden surrounding. the magnificent location is right next to Leidam Bird Sanctuary. It's a super base for enjoying a pretty nice area.

Both the food and drink were good.

Having stayed at 5 other guest houses/hotels all booked with bookings.com this was the most disappointing our room needed complete referbisment and all the outside space looked unkept and grubby. Staff were not very friendly.

The lodge has a beautiful garden and is located in the centre of Montagu but in a very quiet area. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious.

Our one-night stay at this place during our Garden Route trip was really good, the location was absolutely perfect, with the museum nearby.

I had a brand-new room with a wonderful garden as well as shower and everything was perfect.

The rooms at Mimosa Lodge are absolutely stunning! I felt like I was in a luxurious paradise. The decor was elegant and the colors were so calming, it really helped me relax and unwind after a long day. As a light sleeper, I appreciated how quiet the room was, allowing me to get a great night's sleep.

Personally, I found the outside bath or shower in the private garden a bit unnecessary. But hey, some people might enjoy that extra touch of luxury!

All good — we greatly enjoyed this small hotel — the food was fantastic and the staff where pleasant and exceptional. Classic room was with a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating. The location was particularly good and lovely for walking around Montagu Museum. The property was set in a nice area.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is simply stunning, with tropical gardens surrounding the property, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service provided by the staff here was outstanding, from the friendly and helpful reception to the efficient and thorough room service. The cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff was truly impressive. We were also pleased to find a variety of amenities in the room, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. The sitting area and terrace provided a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.
