Spacious classic room with mountain views, delightful breakfast options, and a peaceful garden atmosphere perfect for relaxation.
Initial room was dark and damp, only accessible through another guest room, and had issues like a poorly maintained shower. A bed configuration combined singles was uncomfortable, and noise from nearby establishments disturbed the stay significantly.

Staff attitude varied significantly. while the onsite manager and one staff member tried their best, the initial welcome was disappointing. The room assigned was not only different from what was booked but also had issues like dampness and accessibility concerns. The converted cottage faced street noise and parking safety issues, negatively impacting our experience. Despite the challenges, breakfast was enjoyable, and the steak dinner was expertly cooked, providing some relief during the stay.

Our initial room situation was disappointing. We were placed in an apartment instead of our booked room, which affected our overall experience.

Had a fantastic meal at The Grill Room, where the Tomahawk steak for two was grilled to absolute perfection. The ambiance in the garden for dinner was a unique touch, making it a memorable evening under the stars.
Initially assigned to an apartment-style unit instead of my reserved Garden Suite, which was a bit of a letdown. The place was modern but lacked character and had issues like ants and an incomplete feel. it didn’t have the charm expected from the lodge. there were charging discrepancies upon departure that nearly led to overpayment.
